Why should I attend?

For access to the exclusive industry insights and analytics into the state of the industry, EV adoption, digital retail, supply and inventory, and the annual live Franchise Assessment only available onsite to registered attendees.

When in Auto Summit 2026?

The conference will be on Tuesday, February 3rd, 2026.

Where will Auto Summit be held?

We are heading back to Las Vegas, NV. Additional details will be available later this year.

Are there discounted hotel room block rates available?

If you are attending the NADA Show, please book your room via the NADA Show site.
If you are only attending the J.D. Power Auto Summit, please visit one of the nearby hotels too book your room.

Will there be a virtual option?

What is the New York Automotive Forum?
The Automotive Forum is a one‑day, high‑impact event held on March 31, 2026, in New York City, days before the New York International Auto Show. It brings together top voices across the automotive ecosystem, from OEM leaders and innovative retailers to industry experts, to explore consumer demand, mobility trends, retail strategies, production, and inventory dynamics through keynotes and panels.
Who hosts the New York Automotive Forum?
The Automotive Forum is proudly hosted by J.D. Power, the National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA), and the New York International Auto Show, bringing together industry leaders for a day of insights and collaboration.
Who attends the event?

Dealer Principals, OEMs, media, suppliers and other automotive industry C-Level experts.

 
Will there be a virtual option?
The Automotive Forum will not be streamed online. Join us in person for exclusive content, latest data, engaging discussions with industry leaders and valuable networking. Don't miss this event!
When and where will Automotive Forum take place?
The Automotive Forum will take place in New York, NY at the Javits Center on Tuesday March 31, 2026. 
What time will the event start?

Does my NY Automotive Forum ticket include registration for the NY Auto Show?
Yes, your NY Automotive Forum ticket gives you access to the media days at the New York International Auto Show.
Where is the New York Automotive Forum located?

The NY Automotive Forum is held at the Javits Center Expansion on the 5th level in the Overview Ballroom located at 429 11th Ave, New York, NY 10001. 

For Ride Share, the best drop off is located at 11th Ave and W 38th.

What does my registration include?

Registration is valid on March 31, 2026 only.

It includes access to all sessions, including networking meals (breakfast, lunch & breaks), reception and speaker presentations (access is provided after responding to post-event survey).

 

What are the accepted payment methods?
All registration fees for the event are in U.S. dollars. Payment will be processed using a valid credit card from one of the following options only: American Express, MasterCard, or Visa.
I have a promo code; how can I register?

Enter your promotion code on registration page and select your attendee type.

I'm registered. Can a promo code be added retroactively, and do I get a refund?
Promo codes are valid for new registrations only.
My promo code isn't working. What should I do?

Please ensure you are selecting the correct attendee type (i.e. Sponsor). If that is still not working, please contact us at autoevents@jdpa.com 

 
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to autoevents@jdpa.com.
Are attendee substitutions permitted?

Yes, substitutions may be transferred to another colleague from the same company at no additional charge.

All requests must be submitted via email to autoevents@jdpa.com.

Registration transfers to a company different from the original registration will not be granted. Substitutions are not confirmed until both the original and substitute attendee receive written confirmation from the J.D. Power Events Team.

Required information for a registration transfer:

  • Full name of the original registrant
  • Full name, title, company and email address of substitute registrant
  • Original registrant's confirmation number
Please note: cancelling and/or transferring hotel reservations or any other travel related details to attend the event are the exclusive responsibility of the registrants.
Do I need to print my badge?

No, all event badges will be available for pick-up onsite at the registration desk. Badge pick-up is required to access all program inclusions.

 

ONSITE INFORMATION

When and where can I pick up my badge?

You can pick up your badge at the registration desk.

 

You may be required to show a government-issued photo ID, such as a driver's license or passport.

What if I lose my badge?

Please visit the registration desk to receive a replacement. Only one (1) replacement badge will be printed free of charge. For additional replacement badges, a fee of $75 will be collected.

Is there an event app?

No, the event does not have a mobile app.

 
Will Wi-Fi be available?
Yes, Wi-Fi will be available throughout the conference.
